Physician Compensation Tied to Quality Metrics

Presentations and Graphics: According to a recent MGMA poll, more medical groups are incorporating quality metrics in their compensation models. In 2016, only 26% of medical groups tied quality performance to compensation. By 2023, that number had increased to 47%. With this trend, HRS recognizes that clinicians need to understand HOW to improve quality in order to reach their compensation goals.
