Sharing encouraged

• Submitted a resource? You’re welcome to promote your entry through social media, blogs, newsletters, or email. Please keep outreach ethical and transparent. CardiQ reserves the right to validate engagement totals and exclude artificial or manipulated traffic.

What’s at stake?

• The single approved submission with the most votes during the engagement period will win a complimentary registration to HRS2026 in Chicago, IL (April 23–26, 2026).
  Note: Travel and lodging are not included.

Key dates

• Submissions close: January 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
• Approved entries posted: January 30, 2026
• Engagement (voting) period: February 2 – March 2, 2026
• Totals finalized: March 4, 2026
• Winner notified: by email after totals are finalized
• Prize claim deadline: March 9, 2026

Quick terms snapshot

• Open to individuals with a registered Heart Rhythm Society account.
• HRS employees and CardiQ Steering Group members are not eligible.
• Votes are tracked by CardiQ.org analytics; CardiQ may validate totals and exclude manipulated traffic.
• By submitting a resource, contributors grant CardiQ the right to use, publish, and share content on its platform and in promotional materials.
