The Transformation Learning Lab Program and Webinar Series was created through a collaboration with the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), Anticoagulation Forum (AC Forum), and Pfizer Inc. The program focuses on addressing clinical gaps in care in patients with AF to educate health care systems on the tenants of quality improvement in AF care and anticoagulation management.
